Botox®

• 7 days prior to your procedure, avoid the use of Retinal A, tanning beds/sun exposure, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• 24 hours before your treatment, avoid blood thinners such as Aspirin, Advil, Aleve, Ibuprofen, Motrin, Niacin, and alcoholic beverages.
• On the day of your appointment, avoid stimulants such as coffee, caffeine, the sauna, working out, and tanning.
• You are welcome to wear makeup to the appointment but be aware that all treatment areas will be cleaned, sanitized, and wiped down, removing any trace of makeup.
• Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to allow for filling out paperwork and preparing for the procedure. Late arrival may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

• You may experience minor discomfort at injection sites. Any redness or irritation is very temporary and usually dissipates within 1-2 hours.
• Avoid makeup, exercise, tanning beds, sweating until the following morning after your treatment.
• Do not lie down for 4-6 hours after treatment.
• Most clients begin to see effects within 3-7 days, however full effect will take 14 days.
• Results typically last 3-4 months. However, individual results can vary depending on dosage, aftercare, lifestyle, and individual metabolism.

Botox® is a brand name for a purified form of botulinum toxin. It is a non-surgical injectable treatment used to temporarily reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and fine lines. Botox® works by relaxing the muscles responsible for causing wrinkles, resulting in a smoother and more youthful appearance.

Botox® treatments are generally safe for healthy adult men and women. However individuals who are pregnant/breastfeeding may not be suitable candidates. Further, any individual with neuromuscular conditions may not be suitable. A Good Faith Exam with a medical professional will determine whether one is a suitable candidate.

My time is limited and my schedule is full. Paying a deposit ensures that you are serious about receiving treatment. Your full deposit goes toward the total cost of treatment. Remaining balances are due on the day of treatment. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if unforeseen circumstances come up, we can reschedule any existing appointment with 24-hour notice.

Treatment typically takes no longer 15-20 minutes. Additional time may be required for initial consultation, paperwork, or pre-treatment discussions.

Yes, Botox® can be used to address various concerns beyond fine lines and wrinkles. Specialty services include a Lip Flip, Brow Lift, and Chin Dimples.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the treatment, I cannot offer neurotoxin injections to those who suffer from keloids, eczema, psoriasis, or other skin conditions. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers require a doctor’s permission. Any illnesses or conditions not mentioned must be cleared by your physician.

In order to ensure that you receive my best work and service and for safety and sanitary reasons, I cannot allow friends, family, or comfort animals into my studio during treatment.
